ACFA is the association for French-Canadians in an all French ambiance. It offers its members and guests a central office, a rendez-vous and meeting centre for all association committees, the Community Radio station and and an internet centre for the general public. Catholic Women League

Curling Club
We operate a 3 sheet curling rink from November to March of each year . We have a Ladies League on Monday, an Open League on Tuesday, and a Junior League on Wednesday and Thursday.The junior league begins after Christmas and is focused on teaching young people to curl.

Historical Chapelle Society
Our Historical Chapelle, Plamondon’s first church built in 1911 was completely restored for its centennial and it has a quaint and comforting feel to it. This winter, join us for a non denominational candlelit mass, followed by carolling in a horse & sleigh bringing us to the Mini Parc Heritage Park for old fashioned kettle cooked popcorn, ginger cake with hot buttered rhum sauce, hot chocolate and mulled wine. Come and enjoy a relaxing evening of enchanted winter wonderland activities.

Pioneer Club
Our Drop in Centre is located behind the Catholic Church on the main street. Members drop in regularly to socialize, play pool, shuffleboard, carpet bowling, and floor curling. A meal is served every Thursday at noon from October to May. The center is also used for funeral lunches and Family Health Clinics the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month when a public health nurse is available. Plamondon & District Agricultural Society
Our facility consists of an ice arena with mezzanine, kitchen, and foyer. We manage, operate and maintain the Plamondon & District Agriplex to support community events and activities. Plamondon & District Museum Society
Plamondon contains a lot of cultural history that is showcased in our small museum. The museum has plenty of artifacts, antique instruments, and much more. Open Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. (June - August) The Plamondon & District Museum Society is now selling Plamondon's History Book "From Spruce Trees to Wheat Fields" Volume II for $25.00 available at the Museum.

Plamondon District Community Development Society
Our Mandate is:
- To serve, represent and act as a resource for all groups who wish to form part of the society and act as a facilitator for organizations with short term, or one time goals or projects.
- To support non-profit groups in the district that promote community development.
- To assist and represent groups that physically operate, and provide programs and services primarily within the physical boundaries of the district.
- To assist in coordinating community projects as requested and encourage a sense of community acting as a resource.
- To facilitate the process of prioritizing community projects and programs.
- To operate and maintain community facilities when appropriate and when requested, in the best interest of the community.
- To develop a broad range of community services that will provide opportunities and benefits for people of all ages and abilties.
- To develop community services and programs by enhancing, promoting supporting, and recognizing volunteers and volunteer efforts.
Plamondon Fire Department

Plamondon Outdoors Men's Club
The organization has an annual hornscoring night on the 2nd Saturday in January to display and score antlers. Trophies are awarded to the winners of various categories and all members who bring a set of antlers on that night, have their name entered in a draw for several door prizes. Plamondon St. Isidore Parish Maintenance Society
St. Isidore Church, built in 1927 under the direction of Fr. Ovide Desroches and parishioners donating time and money for their church, has been renovated as of 2011. The Society is still active in their fund-raising efforts. The project took over a year to complete. Our Sunday services are at 11:00 am. Everyone is Welcome. Contact 780-798-3760
Plamondon Youth Center
The Plamondon Youth Center is run by the Plamondon and Wandering River Community Resource Society. The Youth Center is located at the Plamondon Agriculture Centre (upstairs). The center is open after school from 3:30 p.m. to 7p.m. Youth workers provide programming and supervision for the youth. Youth 6 years old and over are welcome to attend. An annual family membership fee of $10.00 is requested. The Society also runs an annual Youth Summer Camp during July and August. T.O.P.S.
This is a support group to help members in their journey to lose weight, eat properly, learn good nutrition and exercise. Information/support members assist each other in learning healthy eating habits. International fees includes a subscription to a monthly TOPS magazine. TOPS is open to the public; male, female, and teens are welcome. New members welcome. Our meeting place is located in the old Plamondon District Community Development's office, located on 102 St. and 100 Old Trail. Meeting times are Wednesday at 8:30 am to 10:00 am. TOTS
We are a non profit volunteer group that provides the opportunity for moms, dads or caregivers and their children ages 1 to 5 to meet together to socialize and have fun. Parents or caregivers have a chance to establish a support network of friends and a much needed weekly outing. Children are provided with a large indoor area to run around and play with toys, as well as the opportunity to develop their social skills. Everyone works together to make TOTS happen, as each member takes a turn in providing the weekly snack, helping to set-up and clean-up. TOTS is held at the Plamondon Community Hall.
